This might sound crazy as fukk but I really think the only "industry nikka" that can make noise in the URL is ------------- Drag'on

He’s not the only one but I can definitely see drag on doing well

Problem is battle rap fans want dudes to “break down” their opponent

but none of these industry nikkas really give a fukk about these battle rap nikkas like that to really get at them on a personal level

I thought so initially. I was like how is he going to be a battle rapper and not know? However, in reality most people stay in their region.

The average person isn’t as in tune as we are. I can go listen to Children of the Corn, then go listen to C-Bo, then jump to Zro, then jump to whatever. Most people aren’t like that

if BT said he never heard of someone like do or die or something, I’d be more surprised.

I think these guys are basing the way they discover artist onto others.

I’ve been using the internet and searching for music since ‘99, so I’ve damn near heard of everyone. Most people weren’t doing that.

There’s just no way you’ll know some of these artist unless you’re an internet nygga.

big l was an underground dude though. Let’s not rewrite history here. I’m from the Midwest/South. He got no play in the streets. He got no radio play. His music videos were never on tv. How was he not underground?

I don’t know it’s like me saying everyone should know who someone like Zro is because he’s well known, but in reality he is an underground artist. It doesn’t “feel” like it where I’m from, but he most definitely is overall.

You either gotta be from NY or just overestimate his popularity.
