Bill Collector really makes you go whenever he hops on a beat.
All the beats Surf hopped on w/ flex I can see Bill killing on some Rocafella Takeover shyt.
His voice inflections and flow is better than Surf imo.
Bill really is a natural MC.
Surf on the other hand is a great songmaker

Yeah bill killed that but i dont know if I could listen to Bill for a whole album/mixtape. On the other hand I bumped Surfs shyt a lot.
