While Charron is challenging Nick Cannon, am I the only one who thinks he would be a great addition to the cast? Off the top of my head, I can't even think of a street style battle rapper that even makes sense at the moment.

I would rather someone black get that opportunity to make money, but I can't think of any one that makes sense. I can see people saying Goodz, but only nyggas can understand his sense of humor. He has to be teamed up with Clips to reach an audience beyond that.

Hollow.

Math Hoffa, Serious Jones and Dizaster are all funnier than Charron.

Guys like Charron, DNA & Hollow do the "watch me pull your card" thing. It's sometimes witty but not really laugh out loud funny, they are going for a "oooh" response. Plus Charron is spastic.

I would even put Gwitty on there before Charron, because of the comedy his presence creates. Gwitty just needs to pick his spots better.

I don't think Goodz humor is that inaccessible to a larger crowd, and considering how big the cast is on the show, he'd just have a niche as a the calm assassin guy.

They should put DOT on there like once a month. :mjlol:

Thinking about it more Serius Jones would have been a lock for Wild N Out if he hadn't taken such a long hiatus from battle rap.
But people successfully co-opted bits and pieces of his style, and now all we focus on is the stuff we don't like about him.

I need a new Verb project :ohlawd:

I mean it's aight, but it's funny how you listen to battle rappers on records and it becomes painfully clear why they can never make it in the actual music industry.

Imagine Ross on this beat. Then listen to Verb. Yeah, Verb rhymin his ass off, but he just doesn't have that "it" factor in his bars. They might even be more complex than Ross shyt, but they just not put together as compellingly.

There are a few battle rappers that actually make music with substance. Verb is one of them. I feel like his music is solid and he doesn't really need to have an "It" factor because he's better than a lot of the rappers out here now being passed off as lyrical.
