I BEEN saying from the get go.
All this exclusive league shyt will RUIN battle rap.
Battler X is in this league... and Battler Y is in that league.
They could be down to battle but they CAN'T cause of POLITICS.
The FANS will be the ones that always lose.
And this ain't just about B.Dot/Saga cause I'm tight about 2 of my faves in Chilla and Hitman not being able to battle.
HELL, IM STILL TIGHT FEDOR NEVER BATTLED IN THE UFC![]()
Word, VERY surprised. I could only see it going in th3 saga's favor if bdot is wholly unprepared to defend himself and is 100% offense. It's one thing to come out the gate screaming fast on an obvious angle and another to be backed down by someone who might study his as much as you study yoursIll watch damn near anything, but the BDot Saga battle isn't one of those matchup where I'm like "this is going to be FIRE"..but I always say it, I'd love to be wrong.
It'd be entertaining. But I'd be surprised.
You are completely oblivious as to how the URL does business.
The Saga battles on the URL exclusively. He is a guy that the URL has invested in, building up his profile for almost 2 years now. He has a christian fan base and his own lane.
@T-K-G @wizworld
You can not talk business here. These people are fans & just want to see the battles. They don't really put too much thought into how realistic these matches are.
URL did it because they had no choice.
What matchups has it ruined?
Why do you keep saying Hitman vs Chilla?
Why am I arguing with someone I have never seen in here?
Also I keep mentioning Chilla and Hitman because Hitman tried to get Chilla to Battle on another leaugue and Chilla WANTED to do it but couldn't cause of his situation with SmackURL did it because they had no choice.

He gonna get on a URL stage and get cooked by a mid -tier and all this hoopla will die downAll this B.Dot shyt gonna fade off in a couple months.
And there you have it. See that's the problem. What's more important? Siding with a battle rap league? Or siding with a battle rapper? Or battle rap in general? You obviously care about the business and it is business. However, if Hitman isn't getting the looks he wants for something he wants to put together, he do what he gotta do. Hell, if it was such a big fukkin' deal, why didn't SMACK URL go after Bullpen League when TODD got that shyt poppin'? I look at it like this......URL is the top league but let's face it.....they can't make every battle happen. Nor are they willing to. So a league who can step in and do it, shyt, it is what it is. I still look at it like there was the culture of battle rap before there were leagues and businesses. So generally, we all want the same thing. To see battle rap progress in its competitive nature as it always has.
Also I keep mentioning Chilla and Hitman because Hitman tried to get Chilla to Battle on another leaugue and Chilla WANTED to do it but couldn't cause of his situation with Smack
Hitman actually might have been trying to get Chilla to battle Verb. I can't remember either way it's bullshyt bruh.
He gonna get on a URL stage and get cooked by a mid -tier and all this hoopla will die down
I'm not siding with anyone.
I live in reality.
This is a business, therefore I view it as one.
Honestly, if you go out of your way to follow battle rap, boxing, etc the behind the stage politics are part of the game.
As far as Todd, he has a good relationship with everyone & is some how able to keep those relationships despite taking every good idea he comes across.
Mr SamHe gonna get on a URL stage and get cooked by a mid -tier and all this hoopla will die down
Literally NO INCENTIVE FOR HIMEveryone in here is arguing from B. Dot's perspective or Smack's perspective, but honestly, that battle is very low reward for Saga.
No, that's one perspective; not a complete reality. You obviously said you can't talk business in here because there's too many fans. Ok, business then. If there's something in demand one business cannot provide, another business will try to accompany that. And that right there is what Hitman did. And I view it as a business to a degree, too. Same time, if URL can't provide that battle, they should've came up with some other shyt to top that which I figured they could do instead of the blocking shyt. Corny as it sounds, there is some culture to it as well and hell, some of us, fans would;ve appreciated it possibly. We can agree to disagree but you talk like you siding completely with the league. Would you be cool with this if other leagues did this as well? No matter how big or small the league is, would you be cool with it?
