Had this all of a sudden become the toughest year for battle rap? Caffeine seems to have cut the budget for URL, Pat Stay passed, Surf got locked up, Midnight Madness coming and going, and Unbias’s victim speaks out all in the last few months.

It feels like the only really good things I can remember is Remy throwing events, Jai stepping up and throwing his own event to battle Danny Myers, Hitman’s new show, RBE building up the Brick By Brick series, Bill Collector winning the KOTD Grand Prix, JC winning the UM, and the first URL event in New Orleans.
