I really have no interest in Geechi/Mook. Mook's performance was so bad against Reed, it's like I'm good on Mook.

I know there's a lot of people that have been dying to see Mook lose and get booed off stage, but I'd rather see a good back & forth battle.

I'm not really into seeing nyggas come on stage with outdated material and embarrassing themselves.

Bro Mook vs Tay, seemed like he was rapping 15min every round. I would rock with what he was saying, then he would go on for what seemed like another 8 minutes. At that point Im annoyed at your round and it feels like your rambling.

Please let this be timed 5/6 minute rounds.

Yeah, same here.I thought once he was transparent it seemed about his case, it was all said and done to a degree. But the fact it resurfaced like this is an issue.

Day opened my eyes to something that I've always noticed but never really gave it a thought, around the 12:20 mark....it's always about the optics...I'm too sick rn to go deep but it's a reason why the "big stage" means a lot...the amount of psychological tricks you can play on the crowd heightens compared to a small room.the most general shyt of it is controlling the crowd.........

but it's ways to control the crowd (narrative) outside of just rappin ofc. Like as JC rappin you can see Nunu talking to someone in the back....smack sees her doing it he starts checkin his phone..someone looks at smack not caring..then they stop carying..people in the crowd see all of that they stop giving a shyt like oh they dont fukk with JC well we dont fukk with JC lets wait for Surf to rap..they start looking at their phone..

it's the OPTICS follow the leader, Lemmings mentality because JC had some ill shyt but he had no POWER like REx said

lets be real they and some of us realllllllllly dont want JC to kill Surf like that lol ...do we really want JC to be the "face" Smack Nunu and them be doing that shyt in mad favorite like battles too..

Also if I'm tripping let me know but I remember in Art Skool we used to have talks about shyt like this when it comes to performances and how to control "people" LITERALLY which is why Daylyt, Hitman Holla, and Geechi (at times) are special

Mook doesn’t really ramble in my opinion, he just raps forever. So you have to be either ultra interested in what he’s talking about or have a long attention span. His style is definitely not meant for this era of consumption though.

You’d be surprised how few people actually get convicted (or even tried) for those cases.

True. I do think with situations like this its a grey area. Even if he's innocent he'll forever be defending himself from the accusations. I would be bugging out if someone even accuse me of anything like that. That's why I stay away from all kinds of situations.

part of it was the optics sure but really JC just didn't make any moments up there. In the Goodz recap he just flat out called JC boring up there and i know you only-bars nikkas had a blast but for everyone else.....

He had good bars but on that big stage and big event like a summer madness, it's the moments people will hold on to. Not gon lie after the faceoff i was excited to see Surf lose but it ain't happen. Got the same amount of enjoyment watching the delusional mfs here try to Juelz a 30 into a 2-1 clear the opposite direction tho so it was a win/win. Somebody still needs to stop Surf tho.
