Surf got an UnGentleman's 3-0 on JC
Im fair, hell I expected Surf to lose to JC. But I knew it was over after the first round when JC was trying to have a fireside chat with Surf.
JC also fukked up by overhyping his stuff. "Best JC ever". We didnt even get the "Yall will catch it later"
JC goin back to small venues in random leagues til he can perform better on the big stage. He probably wont touch the main stage again til someone big chooses him.

JC’s still solid in my book.
This was just a L, it happens to everyone.
I’m not overlooking this amazing year he has because of a L.
The thing is, this L has a lotta backstory attached to it.
And it’s not the just the Surf back and forth thing,
it’s that on TOP of the backstory of him bein in front of animated toptiers on a big stage.
That is what’s making this L weigh more when I (and I’m sure some others in here) evaluate him as a Battler.
If he woulda won it also woulda weighed MORE than his other W’s.
JC just gotta go on his grind and prove he’s back on that rapid-fire delivery and beg Lux to spend time with him.
If anything, I hope he walked away from the Surf battle knowing that stop-every-bar flow AIN’T IT.

Basically what Daylyt and Goodz said about him. You gotta speed up the flow. Day broke down how battlerap sorta changed speedwise. They also mentioned how going late, you especially gotta have speed and haymakers. The crowd is tired when you like the 5th battle they dont want to hear no slow low energy stuff.
Also said Surf's plan is to pick easy battles against ppl that dont "get" that battling has changed to more of a speed/momentum type thing. That's why he picked JC/Cortez/JJDD. He said Surf was actually kinda scared after the face off(i guess JC rapped fast or something?) because they thought JC would switch it up.

The most he can ever be is a gatekeeper now, he was too stupid to know how he needed to rap and completely ignored the whole community telling him
He's dropped the ball so often im tired of people acting like he's anything other than remedial. To be so "smart" with his lyricism he clearly doesn't know how to apply that intelligence to anything else.
He looked at himself in the mirror and thought that fit was acceptable for millions to see, clearly this man is retarded and just has some weird autistic relationship with battle bars where he shows some flashes of brilliance.

Man JC was fire in this Surf battle nikka transitioned from the Candyman/mirror line to the Steve Austin line the mirror shatters right before his theme starts smh nikkas was SLEEP.....

Surf demeanor was definitely nervous walking into that battle. He was quiet as hell, didn't play up anything until he started rapping
didn't even talk through JC's round until it was the middle of the second and he knew he had it in the bag
