no turrets on the batmobile in Suicide Squad :ohhh:

No kill batman is back? :patrice: (or he was no kill batman during SS and something happened afterwards)

It's either possible that those were CGI'd in or if they were to go with something happening afterwards. It is definite that the Batman cameo comes in as a flashback.

:ehh: well ill be damned. I do know he had issues with the title though. He wanted to call it the death of michael corleone and the studio hit him with the :whoa:

Yea, I think it all has to do with not owning the rights. Probably the biggest dummy move. Imagine all the money he missed out.

ScreenCrush is incorrect here.

The Robin suit that is in the Batcave belongs to Jason Todd. It is there so that Bruce never forgets what happend.

Joker killed Jason Todd...and afterwards it made Bruce much much darker and brutal because he did'nt know how to deal with it.

Is this movie unnecessarily hated on like MoS from DK Nolan fanboys who want that dark melodrama shyt? Someone explain to me in a non spoiler fashion the good/flaws of this?
The movie has to be dark though so I don't understand why this is even an issue.

First of all...this is not a Superman movie. Second of all it's Batman vs Superman. The title itself suggest conflict between two characters that are identifiable as "heros", so barring a tabletop ping pong competition (in which Batman would STILL win because of prep time :jawalrus: ) anyone who didn't think that this movie wouldn't be dark is deluding themselves.

Its your job as a critic to provide a level of professionalism without turning it into a personal vendetta which is exactly what these critics did... complete lack of professionalism, why comparing it to marvel or wishing it was marvel was included i have no idea

Take a guess? lol The truth is apparent you just don't want to see it.

Its funny how I hated Man of Steel but ended up loving this movie
maybe its because Batman was in this and he was legit comic book genius Batman
Either way this was great good definitely had narrative and editing problems. Character motivation just wasn't there for some people and the actions didn't make sense without certain scenes giving context.
Last half of the movie from when Batman first went after kryptonite was better than the boring 1st half

I like where the universe is at now
People are worried about how a Batman who kills can work with him having so many popular named villains but to me I'm not really so worried about that. Film made his body count seem like a consequence of him just doing Batman stuff instead of him actually just going out and killing people(KGbeast aside)
Man of Steel is great, I suggest you give it a second chance.

All the people that had a problem with superman's portrayal in this can you explain how you loved it in man of steel (which was a worse movie on all fronts)

Saw this last night, thought it was really good. I like Snyder's style and he deserves credit for some really great visuals.

The dialogue and narrative had some problems but nothing that really detracted from the experience. The Doomsday fight dragged a bit and some of Lex's speeches went on too long. Dunno why critics are trashing it though. Maybe the contrast with Deadpool is coloring their perception.
