So him and Bruce basically had the same motivation for wanting to get rid of Superman?

So with Lex sending the letters to both Bruce & Clark, how could he be counting on Batman to kill Superman? He was doing it before the kryptonite was discovered so what made him think Batman stood a chance?
He didn't, his plot was to push Batman over the edge to fight Supes which would aggro Supes into killing
Hmm didn't ASM2 do well money wise
ASM2?

I hated Lex but no... Lol

It was not poorly done. You wanted him to get electrocuted or some typical shyt?

It was the least expected way I thought he would go bald
I was hoping they would use the comic book way that Lex lost his hair:

Basically

I really don't understand why it's so hard for nikkas to grasp why shyt is happening :heh:

It's like, not only did the explain Lex, Bruce's, Diana's motivations... You could also figure it out.

Bruce lost people he cared about in Metropolis. Anger and Fear wanted Superman dead

Diana had info stolen from her that could expose her. She didn't care about anything else

Lex wanted Superman destroyed out of fear and jealousy.

Superman just wanted to keep everyone safe.

So what if he needed batman for help.. its not hard to understand why
This is exactly why I said the film went over folks head :yeshrug:

I'm not saying BvS is sone intellectual masterpiece but the things I've been explaining over and over got me like "how could you not understand that? :mindblown:"

What I find funny is the people in here praising this movie are ripping it at the same time :dead:

You highlight the pros while glossing over the cons like it dont matter. For what they were hyping this up to be anything less than a home run is a dissappointment. You've set the bar so low that just not sucking, just being able to get this flick to the big screen is good enough :snoop: DC went all in on this and because your expectations are so low you're willing to give them a pass :snoop:

i just got back. it's terrible, so... so terrible. no need to write a novel, if you've seen the movie you already know. it's worse than even the most negative reviews are even letting on.

imo it's as big as any blunder in history, sits comfortably alongside phantom menace and godzilla 98.

i don't even know what people are talking about when they talk about "standouts"... there were no standouts. everyone in this movie is jaw droppingly awful with maybe the exception of alfred whose role is so small it hardly matters. i don't even know why people are praising affleck, he was awful too.

the thought of them even moving forward with justice league seems ridiculous now, franchises (superhero franchises no less) have been rebooted over less.

i'm not kidding, it's one of the worst movies i've ever seen. to quote devin faraci, it was next level bad.

surprise surprise.. the 2 biggest haters say they hate it... WOW SURPRISE..

fukk outta here... dummys

another example that shows some of yall faking the funk when it comes to this comic shyt....that's always been known in the comic world...that's one way they always connected the 2...
Riight. Well I never claimed to be a comic buff know it all.

Would be funny if her name was Marla.

What did u say, Martha? That was my mothers name....what a coincidence Superman. You my boy! Get up bro!

No, Marla...

what?!?!? this is not true....marvel has not made their characters act like they are in the comics...so far, they've made the majority of their leads wise cracking white males....which is not how they are in the comics...
The only wise cracking person is Iron Man, the rest not so much.

And what do you mean white males, isn't always been white males in the group?

Why did Lex create Doomsday tho? I'm willing to ignore HOW he knew to do it but why? If Superman dies it's a wrap for the rest of the world too. I'm not sure I understand why a genius would do such a thing unless he had an angle. You could say that he knew it would bring out the meta-humans but that's some weak rationale.

I think Darkseid was sending him visions similarly to what Batman was seeing. I gather that from the painting turned upside down and the vision with Batman at the end.
