you can tell throughout the movie that Lex was setting Superman, Batman, etc., up throughout the beginning. He knew who Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, etc., were from the very beginning. He's been secretly studying Metahumans since after MOS and once he got access to Zods ship he learned about Darkseid/Doom. So he was using Superman to kill batman (since he stole the Kryptonite) and was gonna use Doom to kill Superman. I don't know what his endgame was I guess we'll have to wait for the JL movie... But shyt was common sense why things happened

But yeah, Wonder Woman had that militarian/warrior presence. She was there for one purpose until Bruce. She wasn't there to talk

Got back maybe an hour and half ago. Movie was long af, as expected.

fukk if this isn't half clusterfukk half dope action movie. It's a slow burn that's for sure. My mind was wandering off a few times. So far I have seen some very accurate reviews this past page or two.

The audience I saw it with didn't laugh much, kind of a meh, type vibe it seemed. A few cracks, but maybe it just wasn't clicking.

So this movie is gonna leave so many people with the did I just like that flick or was it meh? Look.

Affleck is good. Liked him. That goon beat down we saw in the trailer is dope af, so much they didn't show.

But thats also is the problem. If u saw all the trailers, u saw this movie.

Snyder can film some really dope action but I don't think he came through like I thought he would. Well I might of just thought he would improve. I think he's hit his ceiling.

I wanted to be like, I have to see this again. But once it ended I was like, maybe when it hits hbo. The drawn out ending didn't help.

I dont get why some cats are trynna overate WW.... she really wasnt in the movie enough to really gauge her one way or another...... movie was like 2hr 30min and her screen time was shorter than that BvS fight

The trailers really did show TOO much and reading reviews about the "bu bu bu but theres more than just Doomsday" meh.... to a degree yea..... but really no

If cats are really saying the audience where they were at laughed at scenes, I'd say what scenes? I'm not saying this in a disrespectful way, but I found absolutely nothing funny about this movie and no one in my packed house audience laughed at any scene..... matter fact they were relatively quiet from start to finish like Japanese watching a wrestling match.

The movie didnt feel as cohesive as it probably should've been

The reveals were some of the misplaced wackest reveals in comic book movie history and I just left the movie feeling less excited about future movies and just confused on why they did a lot of the shyt they did

This was probably one of the most "forced" comic book movies since Spiderman 3

It's for future movies breh. Probably the best part of the movie if you understand what it's alluding to

That is why I mentioned the editing. Critics watch that scene and they have no fukking clue what's going on (among other scenes) and then it's over. WE watch that scene (ae because we know what it means, we know what the symbols mean, etc..

I keep seeing people talk about lex luthor and how this isn't a good lex luthor....yall are right, it's not a good lex luthor cause it's not lex luthor...it's alexander luthor, which is a different character....they show his name on the invite and when they introduce him the first time in the movie, he says: no, lex was my old man, that's his name on the company....

This movie was just ok to me and I liked MoS.
Eisneberg was terrible. His mannerisms came off Joker-ish. He seemed on the verge of losing his mind at times. I think if he was portrayed in a different manner I wouldn't have minded as much

Did we really need to see Bruce's mom die twice? Pa Kent again?
So Superman just lets a crew shooting hi-caliber weapons escape so he can tell Batman to stop what he's doing? That didn't make too much sense.

The fight choreogrphy during the nightmare sequence was about as bad as the sand snakes on GoT last season. I saw punches stopped in mid-air so Batman could counter punch. Saw one dude start going down before he was even swung at.

I don't read the comics but a post in here explained the nightmare sequence and it makes more sense now but a lot of people will leave the theater scratching their heads about that scene.

The meta human reveal was too forced to me. It would have been good enough just see the files without the videos or maybe just still photos at most like WW.

The way WW entered the fight was dope as hell tho, I just knew that was Superman blocking Doomsday's eyebeams.

One thing I thought was funny was how Superman stayed getting herbed like on the cartoon. WW did her thing tho.

Overall I thought it was decent. I'll cop the R-rated blu ray but I wouldn't pay to see this version again.

Ben Afflecks portrayal of a tortured borderline psycho batman was the best Ive seen yet. Im excited about a batman solo flick more than anything. The Batman warehouse fight scene was my favorite. His moves were fluid and natural. I was a little nervous initially but ben nailed it. Also I love my sistas but wonder women is fine as a mutha. Overall the film delivered. I was highly entertained. The action was great and the score was perfect. I mean what do you grown ass men expect from a comic book movie made for kids ? A godfather trilogy. Everybody is a critic and expert nowadays. Just enjoy and be thankful we're getting all this piff

I do agree Eisneberg was a modern day joker. But thats what actually made me like the character. It was a different take from the norm.

But yea i can definitely see how someone wouldn't like it,.

The main thing i hated about this movie was how the hell both Bat and Supe just played into Lex plan. Just lazy ass writing.

And of course the TERRIBLE doomsday act.
