First of all who is your nikka, secondly I am sure I was clear in saying most of the gripes held against batman returns happened in dark knight too but suddenly it doesn't matter? Why because it's nolan? Now you want to switch the convo into irrelevancy talking about comparisons

However, for the most part Burton's Batman was just as cool as the villains .

i dunno but in my ideal batman movie, joker would never be more fun to watch than batman.

So therefore you don't like batman comics with him in it then. It's not fun like @Dr. Narcisse said but joker is the bigger character in his actions and moves and speech etc. he's a man dressed like a clown who has no morals and is all about anarchy. He's all about lack of control vs batman who's all about control. So why wouldn't joker be the more showier role? Like I really need someone who understands character and these characters specifically explain to me why joker wouldn't be the role that would steal a movie when there's so much more to do with joker.

Although I'd say they didn't shyt on Batman as much as they both said "we've seen better" but they did take a hideous dump on batman returns which I wasn't mad about Because nothing they said about it isn't anything I haven't said about it or we haven't said about it on this very board.

Ultimately though, I'm not mad at any person for having an opinion and it doesn't make me hold less stock in what they say or don't say with regards to something subjective as movies or music. When our tastes line up, that's cool, but if we disagree, I got no issue with it

Promotion is huge leading up to the premiere. I went to the mall early today and it's plastered with BvS posters. The mall will even hold special BvS events in the 3 days before the premiere.

I saw plenty of Force Awakens posters in December but there were no events before the movie.
