Jaimie Alexander was apart of an AMC Movie Talk panel at a convention toward the end of 2013, and later on AMC Movie Talk, Campea was like "Yeah, she told me something backstage that I can't share with you all...yet. " which got picked up by a number of movie news sites and lead a number of people to believe she had picked up the role. Then, when WB announced Gal Gadot a few weeks later he basically took to Twitter, and hated on the casting choice ever since.

Did John Campea of AMC Movie Talk help destroy Jaimie Alexander’s chances of becoming Wonder Woman?

EDIT - Campea had to make a 20 minute YT video doing damage control on the situation. As for that piece of info he had? He never said what it was.

Actually according to tracking for this movie 38% of Black people want to see this and Latinos are at 36%. Anything over 30% is blockbuster percentages and this is still a week out. Remember most ticket buyers are walk ups or buy last minute, BvS has more pre-sales than AOU, Jurassic and Furious 7 but you saw what they did at the BO

why the hell does race tracking matter on a movie like this? it's Batman and Superman. they transcend race.

why i ask is because you guys are mostly talking about shyt being sold out already... yet in richmond, which is 57% black, the shyt ain't sold out any fukking where for any damn time

Marc's definitely not a marvel stan. He used to be a DC writer actually. He never said a thing about them being the competition in that episode. He was a writer on the Static Shock comic book and JLA. He's got issues with man of steel but he's always said he loves these characters regardless of which company they're on.

He also shytted on Burton Batman films.

He's smart and is great with Kevin Smith on Fatman/Batman. However, his views on comic book movies

Im interested in the cameo's If most of the justice league is setup in this movie Ill be more hype about the experience. Wonder woman and flash are like the only two justice league members I like... well aqua man too.

Although I'd say they didn't shyt on Batman as much as they both said "we've seen better" but they did take a hideous dump on batman returns which I wasn't mad about Because nothing they said about it isn't anything I haven't said about it or we haven't said about it on this very board.

Ultimately though, I'm not mad at any person for having an opinion and it doesn't make me hold less stock in what they say or don't say with regards to something subjective as movies or music. When our tastes line up, that's cool, but if we disagree, I got no issue with it
