Remember most ticket buyers are walk ups or buy last minute, BvS has more pre-sales than AOU, Jurassic and Furious 7 but you saw what they did at the BO

lol he and kev both did. Although I'd say they didn't shyt on Batman as much as they both said "we've seen better" but they did take a hideous dump on batman returns which I wasn't mad about Because nothing they said about it isn't anything I haven't said about it or we haven't said about it on this very board.

But they both love ant man which I don't. Ultimately though, I'm not mad at any person for having an opinion and it doesn't make me hold less stock in what they say or don't say with regards to something subjective as movies or music. When our tastes line up, that's cool, but if we disagree, I got no issue with it

First of all who is your nikka, secondly I am sure I was clear in saying most of the gripes held against batman returns happened in dark knight too but suddenly it doesn't matter? Why because it's nolan? Now you want to switch the convo into irrelevancy talking about comparisons

Nope. Joker's plot is very easy to understand. Story never loses focus and there's definitely enough focus on batman and bruce's issues with trying to balance out those two lives. He never gets lost in the shuffle from a screen time standpoint. Joker is the more showy role so his presence looms over the movie and he's the standout but that's also true of most every batman story with the joker as the villain. Batman, when compared to him, will always look like the more docile character and always seem like he doesn't have enough time on the page or on screen. But there are chunks of batman returns where batman isn't even an issue nor would he have to be one

i dunno but in my ideal batman movie, joker would never be more fun to watch than batman.
