I still blame snyder. Dude could've cut out that 10 minute opening credit scene and got straight to the first act.

Word, who the fukk is Snyder to release a 3 hour superhero movie? He should have learned a lesson with Watchmen, make a good movie in 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
That's the point I'm making. I'm sure a lot of it was out of his hands, that's the nature of the beast and it's unfortunate. BUT control the things you can control and he fumbled on that account
I coulda sworn I read some where he was initially given he go ahead for a 3 hour cut and WB got cold feet toward release. Promising him it would be released on disk.

I'm sure not all he can control but his hands are all over that opening credit scene and the dream sequences. Cut all that shyt and the movie could've been fleshed out. WB might be some of the biggest dumb ass's out there when it came to this movie.

Extended scenes address a lot of the 'big issues' that people had, people were giving Snyder shyt for not including a scene of Superman saving people after the bombing. I saw entire articles directed at him stating this shows how he doesn't understand Superman, and comic book heroes in general...
