I really wish Synder would have brought out the red in her costume like he did Superman's cape :wow:

Even the Hot Toys version added some color

fukk RT,only imdb matters.

The scores are 72 RT and 74 imdb. Still a C grade:umad:

He is the number one problem, and will continue to be the number one problem....Superman as depressing and miserable as Batman is now?i feel like Batman and Superman should kindve be ying and yang from portrayls I've always seen, but they seem like basically the same person in this version....But Batman is likeable because that's supposed to be Batman, this version of Superman is absolutely unlikeable to me....and fukk that "This aint the 1960's no more" shyt yall about to say....I'm not asking for campy, but he's just not likeable nor does he even feel like a "good guy" to me if that makes sense. We supposed to just think he's good because they show him saving shyt?

Snyder didn't give him much to work with. There's multiple scenes where he doesn't even say a word. He barely spoke the first hour.

Look at this:
bvs-trailer-1-04.jpg

:dahell: He looks like he'd rather be somewhere else and not saving people. The lack of color doesn't help the mood either.

Are you sticking up for Bats v Supes or saying a lot of comic book movies including this suck?
I'm saying a lot of comic book movies have been average to above average the last 8 years or so. Yet as fans people choose to enjoy them.

Most of them Marvel :yeshrug:....sprinkled with a few classics like Avengers and Winter Soldier.

So if BvS really is no different than what we've seen from previous years. Its a solid comic book movie that has flaws. Oh well, brehs are just enjoying what they enjoy. :manny:

it's like when YOU eat something, it doesn't make ME shyt :francis:

in other words.... marvel putting out shytty movies doesn't somehow make it ok for DC to put out shytty movies... they just both shytty together.. so making the point that "b-b-b-b-b-b-but marvel does it too" isn't really any type of point

@wire28 was talking about how it was a disappointment cause it didn't end up being amazing and pointed out flaws which kept it from being so. I replied with their being a bunch of *letdowns* lately. BvS didn't reach what it set out for and but brehs here still enjoy it though.

The movie can be disappointing, but it doesn't mean it was a failure. Such as Age of Ultron, etc.

BvS didn't reach those Avengers/The Dark Knight hopes. So yes, in that regard it was a letdown. But brehs are getting upset that others still enjoyed the movie. :heh:

actually it seems like brehs in here are upset brehs didnt enjoy the movie. so much to the point that they are claiming there is a giant conspiracy against the two most popular comic icons in american history :mjlol:

it was a disappointment because there were a variety of flaws that many have pointed out that some seem to willingly ignore yet they would have harped on marvel for the same stuff. the inferiority complex is strong and will remain after this failed to live up to the years of hype

the only people "let down" by the majority of the movies you listed were those that didnt like marvels formula in the first place. age of ultron was a letdown to those who dont really fukk with marvel film like that anyway

while in the case of BvS people actually anticipating this movie for years were let down, from character portrayals down to things like writing and editing

That's a military maneuver called the Missing Man Formation you idiot. It's used during funerals to honor certain military as well as some public officials. Good freaking grief.

The missing man formation looks so dope. FSU did one for Scott Speicher some years back. :wow:

Breh this the first time you responded to me anytime I addressed a few of these "flaws" though. :mjpls:

Even TheGodling got the Martha bit and he hated the movie.
Lol at saying people letdown by Age of Ultron are people who don't fukk with Marvel. Breh most of the people here were hype as fukk for that movie. It was following Avengers who would be against that. It DIDNT live up to the hype. It is what it is, still enjoyable though.

FTR, even you said it didn't feel like a below 30RT movie. So when people here point that out as well its an inferiority complex :jbhmm:
No matter how you cut that shyt up most of the brehs here like the movie. If that what makes you feel some type of way...well :manny:

Your argument game was stronger on Force Awakens :yeshrug:

it is an inferiority complex, these the same people saying marvel films are for kids and you have to be intellectual to understand BvS :mjlol:

all of a sudden the people who've been waiting years for this to drop are now conspiring against their favorite and most recognizable comic figures? :jbhmm:

by all measures age of ultron was well received, financially and critically. the only people that didnt like it were the people in here that bytch about marvel films all day anyway.

most of the brehs here enjoy it i suppose (here being this actual thread, the thread they've been showing their heavy anticipation for literally years)

but outside of this thread and definitely out in the real world most are meh towards it. and being meh towards a film starring batman and superman with the budget they had for that is an L. that fact has the DC stans in here feeling some type of way and I guess I would too if i had been waiting for three years to watch this final product

Uh not what I asked you but OK.
Again, despite all your gripes in that previous post you deem all the movies you mentioned avg. or above avg.?

Its only a failure critically. Age of Ultron 7.5/ BvS 7.4 on IMDB...if it maintains its in the ballpark as a number of other comicbook films that weren't "great"

I've said before that there are legit flaws worth discussing, but people are focused on the wrong shyt. When you still hung up on Martha and other stuff not difficult to understand ..

I mean thats not even talking about the quality of the movie. Its just understanding what they were going for. Its a divisive film, so thats a negative considering what they set out for.

But I think this film will be more relevant than a number of films that came out recently years from now :manny: Time will tell.

Oh and if you think brehs are just going to overhype a movie because of anticipation :camby:

Come with better arguments than that. I've seen people who were hype for it not like it all and those who were doubting it that really liked the film. Swiggy been more hype than anyone he only gave the movie a 6.
Even when I saw the RT score I was like shyt was probably no good, until I saw it and judged it for myself.
