That Thanos and Cap scene might not even be in the movie. They're filming fake scenes and even did a fake ending to prevent spoilers.

I'm willing to bet 50% of the trailer is either not in the movie or altered. They do that a lot lately. The Cap 3/Civil War trailer material was mostly takes they did not use in the movie.
