Your logic is very sound hex. For me, it just more or less my personal taste in how I would’ve like to see Thanos just end it all. He snapped and killed half the population, I personally wanted to see him take it further by killing all the Avengers lol. Anyways, just some rambling thoughts of mine.

Thanos is not evil. He doesn't see himself as a cold blooded murderer and only murders when he has to.

Also he didn't kill half of the Universe. As he himself said "I can click my fingers and they will simply cease to exist. I call that mercy.". Yup mercy because not existing is more gentle than being murdered and is not the same thing. Being blinked out of reality is how I would choose to go if I had the choice.

If a vet has to put an animal down they will choose the least painful way. Thanos had no choice in the matter and was trying to help the selected half to vanish in a painless way rather than wait for their inevitable death at his hands.

Twisted logic I know but it is internally consistent and that is what makes him compelling.

They will probably re-release Infinity War to

i. push it over BP nationally
ii. push it above Star Wars and possibly Titanic internationally

Avatar only made 9 million on its re-release which is pretty low.

I'd watch Infinity War again if they release it as a double bill.

Thanos is 100% evil:mjlol:

Is the wind evil?
Is fire evil.
Is Galactus evil?

Galactus, Thanos, Death etc are part of the greater good (in the MCU).

Thanos doesn't fit in your equation. Galactus is a force of nature. Death is a natural process. Galactus eats worlds to satiate his hunger. It isn't done out of emotion or personal gain beyond his existence. Death comes to all living things. Thanos wipes out civilizations and eventually a large percent of the universe for his own personal motive. Whether it's done painlessly or not doesn't matter. If Thanos didn't exist, there is no function of reality or any natural process that would be missed.

There was no personal motive. He was pruning the Universe, like a gardener to save the plants from the weeds, and he had no choice in the matter. His "calculus" showed him that if he failed to act everyone would die anyway, so in fact, he actually saved half of the Universe. Re-balancing the universe for the greater good is true selfless good.

So why go in the first place? :gucci:
Because I want to see the conclusion
I wanted to see Infinity War because it had everyone meeting each other
And I didn’t like that after the first viewing

This one is going to have less of that...which I understand it’s the swan song for the current crop of avengers

But still I’m not super excited but I’ll go see it

You posted a screen cap showing Galactus...not Thanos

And Thanosbis definitely evil
He goes around killing his own kids...and not as part of an instinctual process

This makes no sense.:GucciPause2:

You saw the first part & decided you didn't like it, despite it having the element of initial interaction which is what you were looking forward to the most. Alright, you couldn't have known going in, no big.

So your answer is to go see the 2nd half, which you already said is going to have less of what motivated you to watch the 1st half? You're literally coming across like you're dreading it, as if you're being forced to see it. Just don't bother, a movie shouldn't be a chore.

Catch it on Blu-ray or a quality stream if you can't wait that long. As a consumer & fan, what you're planning to do is....odd.
