You're right. Mjolnir can be picked up by anyone deemed "worthy", but Thor said if a normal person tried to use Stormbreaker:

“Your bodies would crumble as your minds collapse into madness,”

So it's probably not the best idea

I also doubt anyone whose body/mind could withstand using would also be able to summon the bifrost.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Tony is there but standing next to Cap. That scene would be so easy to put some unexpected chracter in like Captain Marvel or some shyt
