Speaking of Neville, his injury could be a blessing in disguise, repackage him. New theme, new attire, hell even a new name (Neville? Is he gonna go to Hogwarts now?), maybe join a stable/faction something. Him, along with several others need to disapear then be repacked (same as Loas Matadores)

I don't think he's charismatic enough to be anything other than a lukewarm, "yey it's Apollo
*mild pop* " babyface. Forgettable IC champ is looking like his ceiling right now.
He should reinvent himself as an arrogant heel who thinks his athleticism automatically makes him the #1 guy in the company.

It's easier to be a heel, as every retired wrestler I've ever heard discuss the subject would attest. Being uncool is a lot less of a challenge than being cool, for most people. Historically, most of the greats had heel runs before they got super over as babyfaces. Not having to be likeable gives guys breathing room to "find their voice" (excuse the cliché, but you know what I mean) and get rid of that just-happy-to-be-here bland vibe.
As an example, look at someone like Lance Storm. Not the most outwardly charismatic guy. Not an interesting babyface. Super entertaining as a heel in WCW and ECW.

I don't really see anything special about him. He's probably our best bet to get a black WWE champion at the present time though.
