My nikka taking the strap soon....because honestly I think he doesn't last too long in NXT...
He needs to develop a character or he'll end up like Neville great wrestler who fans don't mind not getting pushed
exactly the longer they stay in NXT and cook the better. Exactly why Sasha Banks worked out so well on the main roster.

Dude needs a feud. Those 2-3 minute squash matches only work for so long before the crowd turns on em, Baron Corbin being the most recent example.

I agree but the way he's being booked, I don't see him down there too long....which is a shame because he definitely has charisma...

Yeah the good thing about nxt is you can work on a character while being pushed . Unlike the main roster where it's more sink or swim like @Kidd Dibiase said some of these people need time to cook.a year ago I didn't necessarily see Bailey as anything but a novelty character , Sasha was the sidekick to summer and Charlotte etc . Yet they organically evolved the fact that Bailey lost all her big matches and that Sasha developed into the boss into two great characters with depth . Raw doesn't really go into that unless it's John cena losing streak or something .
