I agree with you. But Oda has also worked on One Piece for nearly 30 years and if you haven't been paying attention, dude is almost at his end. One Piece also happen to be massive, which encompasses over dozens and hundreds of characters, hundreds of years of lore and history. He's had eye surgery, his art is considerably worse than it used to be. I agree that's a flaw but I've been reading since 2004. I'm beyond invested and willing to excuse flaws like this. To say it's more of the same though, is flat out ducktales. Show me a Dragon Ball arc with the storytelling quality of Egg Head. I'll wait. Matter of fact, show me any shounen with the storytelling of Egghead, especially near its end. One Piece is nearly 30 years old and almost every chapter is a fukking banger. What more do you want? Naruto went to complete shyt near its end. One Piece does what other shounen series aren't doing but at the end of the day it's still a shounen.
Many of your complaints may have to do with the fact it's not even done yet. Nami can't complete her dream the first go around because, for one, there's multiple entry ways into the New World. They started in East Blue and haven't been to North, South, or West Blue. In order to complete her dream it has to be after Luffy becomes Pirate King. Even then, Nami is my favorite characte not Luffy and she has had tremendous growth in WCI and Wano. She's been MVP in many recent stories. So far, All Blue hasn't been found yet, and a common theory is that it will be made when the Red Line is destroyed. Robin is working on her dream and is crucial to the end of the story so much so the villaiins still want to kidnap her. Usopp and Chopper are the only characters who have had a regress. You talk of Sanji when he has had an entire damn arc dedicated to him and his development even though it's not related to All Blue. You sound like you're picking nits. Especially given the fact that One Piece is a slow burn story. It took Oda over a decade to build up that Kuma story and we just got it a few weeks ago.

Talking about,"what about this and what about this?" in a story when Vegapunk is going to reveal the Void Century, something that has had decades of build up in the next damn chapter. Matter of fact, Vegapunk's very existence was built up for decades and here he is now. Talking about,"what about this? and what about that?" in this long running, slow burn story. Dumb dumb nitpick shyt.
Got people complaining about "what about this?" and "Why is Luffy always taking on villains?" when the Void Century is going to be revealed in the next damn chapter as if any of us give a single fukk. You clearly can't please some people.
