Over 900 chapters in and I'm still amazed at how consistent One Piece is in terms of quality, and how it doesn't fall victim to power creep like most shonen out there. The power ups are all well timed, gradual, steady and convincing, the same goes for the pacing and the writing too. The story lines are still engaging, the character development is very satisfying, and the plot twists are done well enough to actually catch you off guard. I new Luffy would eventually have to become a Yonkou, but I didn't expect it to happen after this last arc, shyt had me like :wow: and :obama: at the same time.

that's how you know Oda's a genius. 900 chapters in and we didn't even scratched the surface yet.

- We didn't see Vegapunk yet

- We don't truly know how the devil's fruits are working and their true power

- We don't know about Shanks and Mihawk true powers

- What is Crocodile's secret and what happenned to mr 2 ?

- We don't know about the significance of the d and the lost history

- We didn't see Elbaf yet

- Who's is the third admiral ?

- What is Dragon's real powers, will he met Luffy ?

- What are roger's powers and how could he read the poneglyphes ?

- Who is Joy Boy ?

- Where is the last rio poneglyph ?

- Where is all blue ?

- Is the self proclaimed son of Newgate is legit and how really strong is he ?

- What will be Shirahoshi's role ? Will Luffy will use her as Poseidon ?

- Is Zoro will get his hand on a supreme grade sword (maybe in wano ?)

- Where and what is Uranus ?

- What is the one piece and what's on raftel ?

And so other mysteries, Oda kept us focus and entertain without even barely touching all of theses subjects
