the question isn't b hop's defense. it's his offense. is he gonna be able to let off or is he gonna stay in his shell all night like he did vs dawson. at some point he's gonna have to open up and thats when kovalev will make him pay. it all depends on how b hop takes his power. once he feels that first big shot, he's either gonna go for it or go into survival mode.

Bernard letting his hands go is certainly a question, but I'm also interested to see how Kovalev responds when he finds its not so easy to touch Hopkins. If he gives the type of performance he gave with Dawson then I don't know how interested I'll be. Don't wanna see Bernard in there just on survival mode, but I do want him dirtying that shyt up just cause I wanna see Kovalev actually have to figure out an opponent.
