It’s staggering how far these former Cubs have fallen.

Anthony Rizzo, Javier Baez and Kris Bryant should have been as close to a Big Three as you would ever see in baseball.

non tendered schwarber and he went on to become one of the best lefty power hitters in mlb. That’s why you need patience with young players( I wasn’t with schwarber)

I would have bet anything Schwarber would be out of baseball by now.

Him sticking around as the new age Adam Dunn…I didn’t see that coming.

One of the guys on my staff is a lax Cubs fan. We were talking today how much of the young guys from that World Series team have fell off.

He needs to tweak some swing adjustments, good walk rate but not barreling shyt + bad ump calls. This is necessary he needs to adjust for mlb pitching

He was sent to triple a to adjust he’ll be back soon

He's finally got one

It never occurred to me but…you got the camera man running with players around the bases after they hit a home run.

And players aren’t supposed to celebrate?
The whole point of following them is to hope they DO celebrate or dance or shimmy or something.

And then these same people in the league and the media who love these camera angles will complain about showing up the pitcher.

Lol

fkkn losers:scust:
I think the Braves might be alright.

Schwellenbach and Strider should be solid.
Once Acuña returns that makes the lineup more dynamic.

And if AJ Smith-Shawver can smooth things out and gets called back up, I think they’re in the hunt for the division.

They don’t have to go on a 10 game winning streak. They could be .500 by June 1st and have a hot summer.

Still, it’s shocking the hole they’re in.
