I think it's a number of things
1. when players are leaving Charlotte (or some bad situation) and succeed elsewhere, agents don't want their guys there.
2. LaMelo. He's brittle and some don't think he takes hooping seriously enough.
3. I hope Mark Williams' back issues are resolved.
