Pablo Lopez just isn't missing the bats he needs to be as effective as he was last year. With Joe Ryan going down the Twins basically only have Ober as a starter they can count on to go deep into games. Not great for the playoff hopes but this lineup is deep and still missing Correa

The baseball community still isn't giving Royce Lewis the attention he deserves.

The times he's been healthy he's performing like a league MVP.

Royce Lewis has played 109 MLB games.
He's slashing .295/.360/.583. Thats a .943 OPS to start his career. That's Top 10 player in the game production.

The small sample size kills him in bigger discussions. Because if he kept it over a full year there would be no doubt he's one of the best hitters in the game. He's behind only Judge in ABs/HR.

He's been pretty bad throwing the ball at 3rd base though so will be interesting to see what the Twins do with him either keeping him at 3rd or moving him to 2nd or RF since Brooks Lee is a much better defender than he is on the left side of the infield
