man I agree but these athletes live an insulated life and it’s rare you get athletes aware enough to take that type of stand. I feel like the bulk of top athletes be out of touch with topic like this because of the singular focus.

Hell a lot of black people who live here don’t really pay attention to contentious stuff like that, at least not on the government level. You obv care if your neighbor on some Trump stuff, but as for really digging into the type of shyt your elected officials are pushing through, that’s one of those things I’ve seen people just shake their heads at and keep it moving.

I think you’d be in a constant state of frustration, being represented by Kay Ivey and fukking Tommy Tuberville, unless you were willing to compartmentalize.
