Maybe, but just being outright faster than most T’s is half the battle, add a decent amount of strength (manufactured or earned) it’s a lot of night mangers, accountants and pe teachers he was beating round the edge, but now that he can’t outrun Mf’s around the corner, he don’t have many moves outside his fastball, he may be solid/serviceable, for a couple different teams but i don’t see him being some stud
