No way Notre Dame and Oklahoma are on the same level as OSU and LSU over the last 10 years...
If anything MSU should be above Iowa definitely not a tier below. I mean fukk both of them but give credit where it's due.

Bama, Georgia, & Clemson are dynasties. With Bama’s being head & shoulders above the rest of course.

PSU rated too high too.
MSU has had 2 really bad years that the teams listed above haven’t had. We went 3-9 in 2016 and then 5-7 last year.
I don’t know how you could argue against Ohio State being on the same tier as yall

Wisconsin collected 9-10 win seasons playing in the trash ass big ten west. I don’t think they gave have any meaningful wins, nor bowl wins, and no playoffs spots. No conference titles either.
Easily should be swapped for another program
MSU won the rose bowl, cotton bowl, peach bowl, and made a playoff appearance in this time span.
Washington made the playoffs too, as did cincy.
