Preemptively dictating coaching staff hires wouldn't be the best way to entice a coach. The new coach would probably want to keep him anyway for the reasons you mentioned. They'll be a market for him.

They want a coach that will keep as much staff as possible to avoid having to pay their buyouts.

Good coach.. I'm not sure why he'd touch MSU with all the shyt goin on right now..

The only thing that would give me pause is, he's got no connects to the midwest. He was primarily a west coast recruiter and I'm not sure how many kids he'll be able to get to East Lansing.

But from X's and O's, its a pretty good hire for MSU.

With the big expanding into the west coast he might get a few kids, he just gotta grab a few guys from the Midwest to help him, as far as coaching he’s a fukkin football coach so i expect sparty to be a thorn in nikkas side
