for a lotta these nba players it comes down to work ethic/IQ and simply getting a shot in a good organization. Thats why somebody like OJ Mayo is playing in Russia during a war while Kyle Lowry is making $30+ million in his mid thirties and is a former NBA champion/hall of famer.

Manek is unequivocally better than Duncan Robinson was heading into the league lol

im honestly just yanking your chain. but in all seriousness...the fukkery of march madness to me is more entertaining than 95% of the NBA playoffs. outside the odd conference championship...and nba finals series the NBA playoffs is largely trash.

and i say this as a Warriors/Raptors fan who has seen his teams win multiple times. shyt is boring. knockout tournaments will always be better.

there is a reason the world cup, nfl playoffs and march madness often yield better ratings than the NBA playoffs. numbers dont lie.

but go ahead and enjoy watching the suns sweep the clippers / jazz and try to convince yourself thats entertaining

PS: What makes cacs like Luke Garza and Tyler Hansborough any different than inathletic cacs like Luka Doncic and Larry Bird. A cac is a cac at the end of the day. So what is your point?

I'll take watching the Suns over literally any college game being played, no matter the stakes. That's pure poetry in motion. Not sure you made the point you think you did there.

The difference is Bird and Doncic are spectacular basketball players and those other cacs aren't. Is that a serious question?

And btw.. you CANNOT judge any of these players just off college ball. You have to judge on the ability they've shown and potential.. not whether they shot poorly in a single game or disappeared etc... coaches don't let the stars always shine..

Tough, tough loss but I'm sure Caleb will hear from Tatum, Beal, Hughes, Coach Tatum, D Miles, Drew Hanlen and many others. If I know anything, it's that St. Louis got our own.

It's been a pleasure watching UNC basketball these past two seasons. Hubert is a worthy successor to Roy Williams. He brought in Manek as a stretch 4, which opened up the paint for Bacot and driving lanes for Love and Davis and they had an incredible run as an 8th seed with basically a 6-man rotation.

I wish it ended in a championship, but that's sports.
