SEC already came sniffing around and MSU showed they can meet and exceed any offer. It’s also been shown that MSU as a program can make the playoffs, and did so with a roster that had only 1 5*, and only a handful 4* players, so if Tucker can have a few cycles at this rate or similar, he can at least compete for a title, playoff birth.
Now, if Bama job opens, that’s something I’d be concerned about…but we already curved LSU and they’re arguably the 2nd best program…UGA’s coach ain’t going anywhere….if he turned down LSU, why would he accept an offer at UF or UTenn
Also, he’d probably leave for the nfl. BUT, before we worry about him leaving for the SEC or nfl, Tucker still has to prove he can have sustained success.
