I think UW...still not sold on Cristobal outside of being an elite recruiter...OU should be able to get to 8 wins....UC-boulder was really bad so all the need to do is get to .500
UW should've been good this year, and they play in a the weak as west.
EDIT: Take a look at UW schedule...NO MSU, NO scUM, NO PSU...literally their only tough game is OSU in Madison. @ WSU will show if they are capable...but otherwise their schedule is a fukking complete joke and they should be able to sleep walk to the Big Ten Title Game
