While I'm sure they're proactively cutting NIL checks, Michigan seems to be supplementing and paying players more when there and committed. Word of mouth is clearly improving going by portal results.

They seem to focus on guys who really wanna be there
Osu i believe is doing what we do, getting guys after they’ve come into the program and become established, I’m sure a little motivation on the front end, but not enough to go big game hunting, so now days doing this those who are here for the right reasons schpill, because guys he thought were down, got big banked from osu, and he’s feeling a way because those misses hurt
