He's horrible when it comes to the drafting and development of players, so I wouldn't put much stuck into what he says pertaining to the draft. It's one of the main reasons why he isn't in the league anymore because of how him and Chris Wallace fumbled the core 4's run years back. He was involved in the JJ and Morant pick (fired after), so it's two of the few things that he actually got right during his time there.

I trust him as an insider, but not more than that.
