I think Carr might be more of a great player in Europe than an NBA guy.

Lawson had some hype a few a years ago and I remember ppl thinking he might be a first round guy. Didn't watch him at all last year though. He has some tools though

I still like Carr even though he's a chucker. I can see him as a two-way contract guy. Lawson never really improved in his three years of college. He was first round material at one point, but his shot selection never improved and he kept turning the ball over.

I feel like every Canadian player who doesn't live up to their potential has the exact same problems: bad shooting, poor shot selection and inability to adapt to a lesser role at the higher level

I am not overhyped on this class outside of the top 5 guys. I do like the polish of this class outside of the top 5.
I can see Jalen Johnson, Scottie Barnes, Corey Kispert, Alperen Şengün, Franz Wagner, James Bouknight, Josh Giddey, Davion Mitchell, and Chris Duarte all having some impact day 1 unlike the last two classes outside of Tyrese Haliburton outside of the top 5 where it's been extremely inconsistent at best but this class don't got many guys I see like damn, this nikka can become an All Star outside of the PGs. Jaden Springer, Josh Giddey, Davion Mitchell, Max Abmas, and Sharife Cooper got intriguing potential but outside of Mitchell, they gonna take till year 3 till they really pop. Moody, Christopher, and Keon Johnson got intriguing long term potential. SG is where the depth is in this class.

SF gonna have a run in the late lotto - mid 1st 10-20 range. After this, there is a chance you won't see a SF off the board till the late 2nd round if at all. Maybe Aaron Henry in the late 2nd or Herbert Brown. Disappointing PF class after Scottie Barnes. You got Serge Ibaka Jr. In Garuba but it's a lot of tweener 5s for the most part. This is actually a deep center class but centers bust so much it's insane in the modern NBA. I like Senguin and Mobley, after that, crab shoot. It's really luck of the draw drafting a center these days.

Jalen Green getting some HOF ceiling comparisons to Michael jordan and Jobe but I’m looking at those dude in their rookie year and college year(MJ) and even though they haven’t fully develop their body yet their frame is much bigger than Green. Green also doesn’t looks 6’5.

I need to go back to the league showdown with KPJ and see them side by side. Green looks terribly undersized.

I won’t pass on him but that dude looks closer to Malik Monk based on size. He’s going to need an offseason condition program :francis:
He looked insanely skilled in the G-League but he wasn't close to as good as Porter Jr. Porter Jr was otherworldly in the G-League while Green was better than most but he wasn't oh my god, this is a NBA stud right here. That said, he's a college freshman age. He was clearly better than Edwards was this time last year and it's not that close. These nikkas grow like weed.

The real intrigue will be who picks where

Houston's own pick is top 4 protected to OKC. If OKC gets it at 5, the Rockets would wind up with Miami's pick at 18. If not, Houston no longer owes them a first.
Seattle's pick is top 3 protected to Golden State. If it doesn't convey, it's unprotected next year.
Chicago's pick is top 4 protected to Orlando. If it doesn't convey, it's top 3 protected next year.

Utah's pick didn't convey to Memphis, so next year's pick is top 6 protected
Seattle?

Breh, the Lakers pick in the 20s, he's being put in the lottery.

You would know better than me. I only saw a couple of the mock drafts that had us taking him so I thought we might have a chance

Kuminga is still top 5 projected? I dunno about dude. Got Doumboya 2.0 vibes from him. I hope the Thunder draft him at 5:lolbron:

I hope Houston can get Josh Christopher later in the draft. My sleeper pick in the draft…
