Gotta sell working for Brian Kelly and it's kinda telling that none of his staff from Cincinnati or Notre Dame followed him to his next stops after he left except for his Mike Elston and even he said "fukk that" and stayed at ND.

They said Kelly wasn’t trying to bring much of that staff over because they were there specifically for ND, and won’t translate, (do with that as you will) only freeman but he burned that bridge

but that aside it’s got to be some shyt working for him, I’m sure half the staff hated his guts the other half wanted to punch him

Burrow was the qb in 2018. He looked like a random solid white boy qb. He went the entire month of October without throwing a touch down. Suddenly a year later he's a Heisman trophy winning beast. There was only one new coach added to the staff. Our OC was 80 years old and only new old school plays from the 80s.

The offense wasn’t all that bad last year with Ensminger we were starting 2 freshman at QB
