The superior team won. Bruins played a much better game tonight than the previous three games, but just couldn't finish their chances, and they couldn't clear the fukking zone.

Losing the series like that sucks, but the Lightning were just flat out the better team. Maybe Rask would have made a difference in game two or game four, but who knows? Anyone that blames Halak is a moron. He played amazing tonight.

Cassidy should have mixed up the lines last games and earlier tonight.

And, I don't have to watch any other defensemen to know that Hedman is the best in the NHL. That guy is just incredible.

Hedman makes it look effortless

Not sure what the Bruins are going to do in the off-season, but all I know is that Don Sweeney is not a good GM. He has drafted one impact player since he started here, and that is Charlie McAvoy. You can add DeBrusk and Carlo if you want, but nothing else. He also gave up a first round pick to get rid of Backes.

Other than McAvoy and DeBrusk, these are the Bruins first round picks since 2015. Not fair to add the later two as they are more recent, but Sweeney has been terrible.

Jakub Zboril
Zachary Senyshyn
Trent Frederic
Urho Vaakanainen
John Beecher

I don't know what they are going to do. I wonder if Bergeron or Marchand would be moved.

Lightning were just flat out too good for the Bruins. Smoked them in 2018......then the Bruins were fortunate not to play them last year......and got smoked this year. That Lightning team is just damn fukking good.

Screwing up not drafting Barzal and Connor as well trading Seguin were monumental screwups. Could’ve been a potential dynasty with those moves.

What sucks the most is that the best line in the NHL are all on bargain contracts, and the team just couldn't get it done.

In regards to Chara, I have the utmost respect for him. An absolute cornerstone of this franchise. Obviously far past his prime, but I'll always appreciate what he's done for this franchise.

He's 43 years old playing in the NHL.:mindblown:.
