I feel you but this is an awkward draft for us regardless. Nobody is a perfect fit. Hunter is a combo forward, and Cam/Deni/Hunter is a nice 3 wing lineup with Trae and John Collins. Probably my third best pick for us behind Edwards and Haliburton

Edwards unless y'all aren't totally sold long term with Capela. That opens up a couple of options at C there.
Y'all seem destined for Okoro for some reason if y'all stand pat.

Definitely Edwards but we'd need to move up in the lottery to get him. I think we have too much money tied up in Capela and Dedmon to go for a 3rd C, especially with Collins getting C minutes too. We're in "win really soon" mode and will be leaning more towards "immediate" impact than a couple years down the line

Ill rephrase, the idea of Okoro makes a lot of sense for the Bulls. I really havent watched this class at all to comment. Im excited to see how Arturas starts off though.

I have more faith in Aaron Nesmith becoming a better defender to go with his elite shot than I do with Okoro to become a better offensive player to go with his good defense.
I saw someone talking about him here and I watched him a bit, he looked nice. Can we climb that high(assuming 7 because its always 7)?

to get Nesmith? Most mocks have him in that 10-15 range. Taking him at 5 to me wouldn't be a reach. He is the best shooter in this class.

Hunter played well last year
I'd be pretty disappointed if the Bulls picked Okoro. I'm getting tired of them picking "safe" players that have a high floor and low ceiling. Even the Spurs take more risks than this team.
