As long as the spurs draft someone at least 6'7 and not another guard or euro dude who won't be ready for 4 years im good.

Like who? I'm not being antagonistic, I'm generally curious about who'd be an option

Biggest name(s) I could see being moved that fits with ATL at SG is Zach Lavine because they have Coby White and Buddy Hield because he’s been throwing tantrums .

Would Chicago give him up for 3? Idk

Is a buddy worth 3 ? probably not, maybe with a pick swap attached.

I just don’t see the point of selecting another forward like Avidja or sokoto which would be the outcome if they don’t get a top 2 pick

but I’m not an ATL fan so maybe I’m off

Amazing to say it, but this is a draft where if you don't find a guy you need, you don't need to be drafting that high, and for a couple of teams there just doesn't seem to be a guy who checks off enough boxes for whatever a team needs. Then you'll have teams who spent so much on picks who don't need 3-4 more rookies.

I'd do 5 for Lavine but no higher. Hell no to Buddy though, too much contract for too little potential production with our squad.

Avidja makes sense if they see him as a secondary facilitator. All depends on if they see Cam in that role or more as a scorer.

The Hawks don’t need more youth .

If they can move that pick and get a good starter they should do it .(unless Edwards is available)

I think Minny is in that same boat
I like Obi Toppin, Okoro, Edwards, and trading Ball as our best options. I would love to get Toppin. He's a perfect fit for our system. Him and Pritchard.

Hell naw, I don't want LaVine for even a top 10 pick. Hell naw to Buddy for a lottery pick. I am not as high on Deni. I don't know why Hawk fans want Deni

I'm hoping we can stsrt drafting shooters around Zion. A motion shooter like Nesmith would be a fantastic piece next to Zion.

Anyone but overrated ass Poku.
Im not much of an analyst but I loved the boy Aaron every time I watched Vandy. They had quite a few prospects that could score, but Aaron can give you alot from the forward spot you'd want in today's game. s/o Jerry stack

Brehs didn't want Brad Beal for one of our lottery picks last year and now we frontin on Levine? :francis:

Deni is a good pick if we're planning on playing 24/7 run and gun with lots of Hunter at the 4 and Collins at the 5. We would need a secondary facilitator on the wing in those sets, which is why we went to 2 PG Trae and Teague/Goodwin lineups with Cam at the 3. We could fill that role in this draft with one of the dynamic combo guards like Hayes or Hali but I think we would be better defensively if we had a playmaking 3 that could keep Cam at the 2.

If we decide to run more traditional sets and keep Hunter/Collins predominantly at 3/4 then it's a different story and he's less of a fit.

He's fantastic off motion, screens, catch and shoot, and spot up. He isn't just a corner 3 game either. He is also a great assist farm/play finisher.

His only problem is that he isn't a great finisher or creative ISO guy that would make him a poor man's Klay Thompson, but with how much he developed under Stackhouse.Him not being a playmaker isn't the end of the world. You can't field 5 playmakers. 3 is kind of the real max on that. You do need your elite role players. I do think the sky's the limit with his work ethic. An Elite motion shooter is a hard skill to master next to Elite defense and Elite ISO in my opinion.

When you got Zion pulling triple teams... You got Ingram, Nesmith to clean up. The only problem with Nesmith. He and Zion do needs a facilitator with range. Jrue is a volume shooter that is average beyond the arch and Lonzo is just a garbage rhythm shooter not a technical sound sharpshooter. If can't get a certified killer at Point. I do see us trading Jrue and dumping Lonzo this year. We really can't afford to trade Jrue, but we have to shake up our guard position big time and NAW isn't ready for primetime.
