So much has happened since then, I wonder if someone hits Astros players if they'll be frowned on. People maybe like "We have Covid-19 happening, inciting a brawl is literally the worst thing you can do".Nobody wins with this tug of war

Stros cant even fight back tho cause they'd get in multiple brawls a game. They'd have to stand in there and take their plunkings
Some owners probably want no season because they'll lose money if there's a season with no fans.
They're just being greedy a$$holes like they always are.
You signed those contracts, pay them out. You didn't foresee a situation where you might have to cancel some games? That's your problem for not planning well.
It's not like the players are out here asking for their entire contracts for less games.
They want to prorate the contracts for the games that will be played.
I see zero problem with what the players are asking for.
If you're working at a supermarket and all of the sudden you gotta close at 5pm instead of at 10pm, you get your pay until 5pm, right?
The fukkin supermarket aint telling you "I wanna lower your pay by $3 per hour because we will have fewer customers today because we are closing early"

it may depend on where the player gets hit. It will be get out of hand if they are throwing at guys heads.

They won't be getting any ticket sale or concession loot for a 2020 season. So they are strictly paying players based on the TV deals they have and whatever they have saved. It is a money loser for them. But yeah they should just chalk it up to a positive PR cost and give the people some sports to watch. If there is no season they will get more of the blame than the players. Even so, if they do wait until 2021 I belive no one will hold a grudge about no 2020 season.
