None of these Vols commits are sticking lol

Why do you think so? Pruitt has had top 10 caliber classes since he arrived. And he's always closed strong landing guys on signing day that folks didn't expect.

If anything its more likely Tennessee picks up even more big name recruits down the road than they are to start losing the big names they have committed right now. The guys that won't stick will be the ones who will get tossed out in favor of better players who decide to join later on.

Why Tennessee got to be Ole Miss 2.0 they a major program that’s should have top 15 classes every year

Because it usually takes you winning, somewhat consistently to reel in top 15 classes. Unless you're a school like USC, UCLS, Texas ... which all have desirable campus locations.

It don’t always take winning sometime it just takes a coach with momentum, and the way Tennessee finished last year, they have that right now

Tennessee already locking themselves in for a guaranteed Top 20 class in May barring any decommitments. Pruitt putting in work

Some of those 3-stars that committed early will be cut loose. They are also in the running for at least 3 other 5-stars (LB Smael Mondon, OT Amarius Mims, and CB Tony Grimes). Pretty good chance they finish with a Top 3-5 class when its all said and done.

If Butch Jones can land Top 5 classes at Tennessee it shouldn't surprise anyone that a far superior coaching staff is doing this well in recruiting. Jeremy Pruitt has assembled what is objectively one of the best coaching staffs in the country.

Ole Miss 2.0 breh.

Just sit back and watch.. :snooze:

Ole Miss never had great classes before 2013. In just the past 6 years Tennessee has had 2 Top 5 classes under Butch Jones and a Top 10 class last year under Jeremy Pruitt. And that's without getting into the 90s and 2000s when they were a national title contending program with elite recruiting classes yearly.

Tennessee right now is where Alabama was in 2008 under Nick Saban. They are recovering from a stretch of bad coaches back to their usual spot as a historically great program.

Its called being salty. College football is the closest thing to tribalism we have in sports. If your team isn't prospering, then you'll hate on those who are.

If nikkas just look at who is on Jeremy Pruitt's coaching staff, they wouldn't be surprised by how Tennessee is recruiting. They got elite recruiters all over the place. Guys with connections all over the country who have worked at other major programs. Also Knoxville is close to just about every major metropolis in the southeast.

Recruiting at Tennesse has never been hard. What you're seeing now is simply what happens when you place an elite coaching staff there.

Nick Saban got to Alabama and started reeling in top 3 recruiting classes off the jump without winning. Tuscaloosa isn't any different than Knoxville. Butch Jones had back to back Top 5 classes in 2014 and 2015 without winning anything.

Winning helps sustain classes like this. However, you can land Top 5 classes early on based on the hope of winning. Also Knoxville is located in a good spot when it comes to recruiting. Its only a few hours from huge cities like Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Baltimore, etc. That means they got a large player pool who are within driving distance of the campus. That is an underrated aspect of Tennessee that is overlooked.

Also it does help that Pruitt has put together arguably the best staff in the country when it comes to recruiting.

Your bold is wrong. They've got the 2015 top 5 class. That's it. They dont even recruit at Michigan's level and we suck ass.

Lol @ this shyt. 'Being salty' .. Of Tenne-fukkin-see :snoop: They're got elite bag men ... stop being ridiculous. And no knock on the bag man method.. I wish we'd take notes. And that staff is far from proving themselves to be 'elite' at anything.

I wonder how Saban started reeling in those classes so quickly. :jbhmm:
