Tejada was never as highly touted as Gimenez, no matter how hard they tried to push him as a suitable replacement for Reyes years agoLowkey I think Rosario is our 3B of the future. His bat has been maturing nicely this year, a polar opposite of his defense. I think in short order it'll be a prototypical 3B bat. Mets don't have much at 3B in the minors, so they could kill two birds with one stone if the organization chooses to go that route. Really all depends on if Gimenez is the truth or just another Ruben Tejada.
