Last year FSU was at it's worse. FSU almost lost to teams with worse offenses than UM so that's not saying much.

I love the revisionist history. If the 2017 FSU squad, with a 130 lb QB in his 3rd start and a coach with one foot out the door, was supposed to beat your 10 win Miami team, then you have low standards for your squad. That was the first time since Miami been in the ACC that they notched 10 wins and for a "win" on a message board, you're in here downplaying the squad so you can get one up on a FSU fan. Sad times. I love your lack of context. The man has taken TWO programs from 1 and 2 wins respectively to winning their conference. Of course the road from 1 win to 10 wins is gonna have some losing seasons. Anything to not give the brother his props.
Good for the man for taking low major/mid major programs to relevancy. Who cares tho? His major conference output has been mediocre.

It was stupid and shortsided, but it was worth the risk based on the #'s we have at WR. Same with taking Diwun Black. Hammond not making it in was random as it wasnt known from the outside he was a grade risk.
Nobody could have predicted the Steele and Jones situation happening as well as Wilson and not being granted a VISA.
