Doncic is overhyped as he isn't a superior prospect to Ayton and Bagley as his supporters will say but he is a great prospect.

JJJ is overhyped as he just a good prospect but not a great one. This range where people are liking Wendell Carter over him is real and never drank the Kool Aid on JJJ

That's too much for #4, I don't approve of that move. That seems like a vintage Dolan move though.
I think it’s worth it for Bamba but that’s A LOT of dead weight for 2 years. Parsons, Noah, Porzingis all useless next year

Knicks lineup would be

Bamba
Parsons
Dotson
Hardaway
Mudiay

:hhh:

So Michael Scotto from The Athletic is reporting some rumor about Memphis trading #4 and Parsons to the Knicks for #9, Ntilikina, Lee and Thomas
This is not a rumor, this is true but this isn't from NY. This is from Memphis. NY hasn't offered Frank and won't. They want to offer Lee and Thomas to take Parsons and 4. This was Memphis rebbutal. Memphis is trying to strong arm the value of the 4 as they should but no one wants to trade an asset and take Parsons. No one. They are trying to do the same to Atlanta.

Not Noah, Lee.

Memphis is screwed. I think they move down but that Parsons deal is DOA. That 4th pick loses so much value attached to Parsons. On top of that Carter is their last option left

It's worth it because:

- You don't give up future picks

- You avoid having to draft Mikal Bridges: Gonna be a great player but he's already 21 so he'll be 25/26 by the time your done rebuilding

- You avoid having to draft Collin Sexton: You already have too many PGs.

- You avoid having to pray MPJ falls.

That's a rough lineup to watch for 70 games until maybe Porzingis makes a guest appearance lol. I guess they'll lose a lot which will be good for the tank but other than that...

I can't watch Mudiay for a whole season playing 35 minutes a game.

Honestly, I am sure NY would strongly consider Frank N and #9 for #4. No one is interested in that Parsons deal and NY like Brooklyn is fighting for 2019 FA.

I been telling ya, they telling teams, they want close value for the #4 as if Parsons ain't attached. They told Dallas to offer Barnes and Dallas stop taking their calls. Memphis gonna take Carter Jr. I don't see any other option if they don't become more reasonable.

Frank had one of the least memorable and notable rookie seasons ive seen from a top 10 pick that got minutes. Hes shown us nothing. Wouldnt be surprised if they threw him in the bushes especially considering the difference between #9 and #4 is Collin Sexton and Mo Bamba

I read something last week that his overall production mirrored Marquis Teague's rookie year :merchant:

Totally agree.

I’m gonna say they take Bamba, Chicago takes Carter and they swap meaningless shyt to make it work and they wait til Chicago picks. Carter would get past Dallas and Orlando. Bamba won’t.

I still might not do it but I would be more receptive if Parsons wasn't attached. Having both Parsons and Noah in street clothes for the whole season while making $45 million is just too much.
