Mixon's status is known at this point, what he did was very fukked up. its pretty clear hes going to be highly scrutinized, but i think he goes into the early 2nd and should start right away for many teams. talent is not a question

theres no real reason to start every write-up on him with that story, but he'll be up against it for a minute until he proves himself

Howard is bigger and tested more athletically. He has just as much potential if not more. Njoku is raw is another way to say he isn't as good. And ppl need to stop with the age shyt lol, he's 20. Everyone else is 21-22.. Not like he is 17-18 coming out of high school.

Gerald Everett is the same size as Njoku and tested almost the exact same. I'd rather pick him up late 2nd than reach on Njoku b/c he has long arms and legs or w/e

Don't see a dominant player in Howard, he was there 4 years and they forgot he was on the roster. That would've never happened to Njoku.

7 td's in 4 years to Njoku's 8 in 2016 alone. :patrice: Plus he's 2 years younger.

Good point, Howard may be a reach pick like Ebron was.

To OJs credit, Miami was a more much pass happy offense.

But at the same time with how many times Bama would be in the red zone 8 is a little suspect no matter how you dice it.

A lot of guys don't put up huge #s in college and are great in the NFL. Come on fellas shouldn't have to explain that.

And yes Njoku would have got lost in the shuffle at Bama, he isn't as talented as Howard. If Howard had a competent QB like Kaaya and a TE friendly system he would put up huge #s obviously.

We almost never let OJ line up at WR like Njoku, Engram, Everett always did. We definitely misused him for whatever reason. But we turned him into a great blocker which a lot of ppl are just overlooking. Njoku and those other guys never blocked in college.

Wish my pats wouldnt have taken mixon off the board. He's already dealt with the penalty. He's a stud back. Would be perfect for us. Very similar to David Johnson imo
