I would be very nervous if I was a Philly fan right now. That Sports Science segment with Fultz showcasing his "herky-jerky" dribble style was :picard:

If he really plays like that in the league , expect him to blow out his knee as well.

Philly medical staff will be ready though :troll:

Romar has never put talent around his 4/5* guys but this year was definitely one of the worst. I watched every Washington game this season in full, some twice or three times.

Fultz coasting on defense certainly had an impact, and he wasn't 100% healthy all year either.

They should have given Romar at least one more year, he had probably his best class ever coming in.

His 2015 recruits , were top flight guys, now he did lose Dejounte Murray to early entry but Noah D and David Crisp were definitely PAC10 talent. And Matise Thybulle was a top 30 recruit at his position. So adding Markelle to those "Upperclassmen" should have produced a better year. Definitely not a 9-22 season. AGain, I'm not saying these guys should have made the tourney but they were struggling to win games against Ivy league and mid-major teams. they had enough talent to win those - if you actually watcxhed the games (which you watched more than me, cuz i couldn't stomach watching 31 games of them playing) there was talent on the team outside of Markelle. It wasn't Markelle and the scrubs - let's not belittle the other players just to sway the argument.

They lost Murray and Chriss, plus Andrew Andrews. Crisp and Thybulle shouldn't have been getting that many minutes.

Andrew Andrews graduated and played the same position Markelle did, so I wouldn't count that as a loss.

not sure why you're saying Thybulle shouldn't have gotten many minutes - he was a 4star recruit and was getting burn a freshman.

end of the day, Wasington and more than enough talent for them to only have won 9 games

I've seen Mid-Majors taken out top flgiht schools with litearally a bunch of Juco players and 1 "star" player . The years Duke was getting knocked out of the tournament by mid majors it was a bunch of 2 star and 3 star guys doing it.
