LA needs a PG, yeah, but Tatum is clearly better than Ball and Fox.

I get the Celtics 'feel comfortable' with him at 3, but there should be WAY more teams trying to trade up to get him at 3 - especially if Boston feels like they're landing Butler or Hayward anyways.

I'm not sure that he's better than Ball he strikes me as a good starter but nothing generational about his skill set

I like Ball. But.... I gotta be honest about Ball. He ran some damn nice offense - but he did it with another 1st round pick and three seniors in the starting line up with him.

Tatum was the ISO gawd of college ball last year. No one could guard him one on one. Its yet to be seen if Ball can even hit a shot off the dribble on the other hand.

I would probably put Tatum as the second best ISO scorer behind Dennis Smith.

You're right. They should've asked for more. Add Chriss or Bender, too. :umad:

KP got that big market hype. He's right there in the most prestigious/media epicenter of the world.

Not saying he's a scrub, but I'd take Booker straight up.

It's neck & neck.....Don't think one is all that greater than the other.

But if Booker played in NY, he'd probably be hyped as the next Kobe Bryant.

Especially after scoring 70 against the Celtics

Medical retirement. Just a formality so they can save cap space.

I'll always remember his game against the Nets when Morrow dropped 45 but Pek frustrated the shyt outta Brook Lopez and won the game.

Basketball gods robbed us of Pek :sadcam: @Malta

WHY DO YOU MAKE YOUR PUREST LOW POST SCORES OUT OF PLAY DOH GOD? :sadbron:

Wing players ISO'ing at the mid post area get's you booed every time you touch the ball word to Carmelo. The league ain't really about that shyt no more and he doesn't have the explosiveness to do it as good as young Melo or even fat Melo currently.

I would trade 2nd and Randle for Kristaps, obviously Randle isn't as good as Booker but the 2nd>4th.

Its not about him going to the league and having a coach ISO for him non-stop. No one is saying that. its about the fact that a guy flatout dominating everyone in front of him isn't getting the attention he honestly should be seeing.

Fox, Jackson, and Ball all have glaring holes in their game. Tatum? I guess he could play better defense, but so can everyone in college.

lol @ somebody who wouldn't give up Booker for KP, straight up

giphy.gif

Can't go wrong with either one.

KP's more balanced on offense & D

but Booker has rare mutant/black out ability on offense.

And he's underrated as a facilitator.

KP got that NY bump in hype
