Having more 4 and 5 star recruits than anybody in the country outside of the big 4 (Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California) makes Tennessee a top 5 job now.
Men lie. Women lie. Recruiting don't. Its the life blood of any program. And if you have a fertile recruiting ground in your backyard you'll be an elite program. And when your top competition instate for recruits is Vanderbilt, it makes you even more desirable as a program.
Just watch. In 3-4 years Tennessee will get talked about like LSU has been the last few years because of how fertile the recruiting grounds around Nashville have become.
