In fairness he had a healthy Chubb and Michel to protect him.
Still I remember that game they made him look like Peyton out there :mjlol: that game was one of the reasons they were favorite against Bama cuz they thought he was better than he was. USCe made Brandon Harris look good too. They were really bad

Football better on TV than in person
For the most part, same as wrestling. But there are some exceptions where being there live shytS on just watching it on TV.

But for the most part there's sooooooo much BS to deal with going to a live event.

Traffic, Crazy ticket prices, Restlessness, etc

It depends one who's playing and how's the weather. 11am Alabama games in September are brutal, gotta get up, drive 80 miles to Tuscaloosa then go through Gameday traffic to get to the stadium then gotta get In the stadium which can take a while, then find ya seat and sit in 95+ degree temps with high humidity for 3 hours :pachaha:

It's a mixed bag. While it's tempting for me to go, I'd have to drive 3 hrs to Norman, wait another hour to get thru traffic and somehow find parking, then sit in seats that may/may not be great.

Most ppl who go to regular OU games(not rival games) leave at half-time b/c if you wait til the end it can take over an hour to get out due to traffic, then have to drive 3 hrs back home.

Not worth it in most cases.
Obviously you don't want to go to every fukking home game. You have to pick and choose good ones.Like 1 and 2 a year.Being able to say you were at the big game and making memories with friends or loved ones beats sitting on the couch any day.I went to the Penn State game in 2010 in Tuscaloosa and seeing Paterno,Bowden and Saban on the field at the same time was something i'll never forget.I took one of my home boys who had never been to a college game in his life and he still talks about it to this day as the best time of his life.I didn't go to any games in 2011.But in 2012 i went to 3,Michigan in Dallas,Texas A&M in Tuscaloosa where Johnny Manziel went ham and then to the National Championship against Notre Dame in Miami. You might notice a trend i love the big match ups of blue blood teams.Texas A&M isn't considered a blue blood but it was our 1st game against them after they joined the SEC so i looked at it as a special game and it definitely ended up being one.I already have tickets against USC in Dallas, rent a car ready, reservations booked.I wouldn't miss this game for the world.FSU in Atlanta next year will be alot easier on me cuz i can leave the game and sleep in my own bed the same night. But you just gotta hand pick em.

Did you ever hear the story of the USC fan that went to every USC game for damn near 73 years that gotta be the GOAT lifestyle as a sports fan. He actually died at the Rose Bowl watching USC/UCLA play at the age of 91. Imagine all the great players he was able to witness
